LooLoo comes with 3(three) AA batteries preinstalled. LooLoo’s spray button and in-bowl light will flash red when batteries are running low.  To replace the battery, remove the battery compartment cover on the back side of the LooLoo. Pull out and dispose of the three batteries. Keep in mind you can recycle your AA batteries. Put in a new set of AA batteries, place LooLoo back on your toilet and continue enjoying your LooLoo.

To remove a fragrance refill, simply press the dark gray release button at the bottom of the side of the LooLoo. This button will release the refill and you should be able to gently pull the refill out of the LooLoo. To insert a new refill, ensure the LooLoo logo on both the LooLoo and refill are facing you. Another way to ensure the refill is properly inserted is that the notch on the bottom of the refill should be facing the side, not the center of the LooLoo. The refill should easily slide into the bottom of the LooLoo and you should continue to slide till you hear a “click”. The click means the refill is securely inserted into the LooLoo.Once you have placed the new refill into the bottom, prime LooLoo by pressing the spray button a few times until LooLoo sprays the toilet water.

LooLoo is made of easy-to clean materials. We suggest you wipe it down regularly. You can use a gentle household cleaner and paper towel or a disinfectant wipe.  Be sure to wipe any moisture off the spray nozzle and smart sensor as this may interfere with how LooLoo works.

Because LooLoo’s smart sensor is very sensitive, and every toilet is different, your LooLoo may spray when you close your toilet lid. If this happens, we programmed a simple calibration process for the LooLoo sensor that you can perform to adjust the sensor to your toilet. Please follow these simple steps to calibrate the LooLoo to your toilet:

1. Place the LooLoo on the side of the toilet.

2. Press and hold the large center button on the LooLoo.

3. While holding down the button, move the switch back and forth between “A” and “M” a total of 4 times. After this, the spray button should flash green signaling that LooLoo has been reset.

You can use the LooLoo using two methods: Automatic and Manual

Automatic: LooLoo will automatically spray when it has been properly placed on the side of the toilet and it senses someone sit. 

Manual: You can make LooLoo spray when you want by pressing the large button on the front of the LooLoo.

Switching from Automatic to Manual.  Simply slide the switch underneath the spray button on the front of LooLoo from “A” (Automatic) to “M” (Manual), or the other way around. The factory default is automatic mode, which means when you place LooLoo on the side of your toilet, it should spray every time you sit. If you do not wish LooLoo to spray every time you sit, simply set the switch to “M” and it will only spray when you press the spray button located on the front of LooLoo.
